Online Classes

5 Week Mindfulness Program

Australia: Tuesday 7am AEST
USA: Monday 5pm EST

Next term begins: 25th of August 2020
(pricing below is for All 5 sessions)

  • Each class is 25 minutes via Zoom.
  • If it’s your first time meditating or your 100th session this program is accessible to All Levels.
  • Recordings available for missed classes within 24 hours of the session. 
  • Weekly emails to support your practice at home.
  • Topics include: breathing exercises, affirmations, music, reflective writing, desk movement & gratitude.
  • Q+A during last 2 classes of the program

Community Meditation Online

Duration:
 25 Minutes via Zoom

Sign- Up is open  2 months in advance for all Thursday+Sunday Classes.

Here are a few examples of different themes you might experience in a Pause Community Class:
